Preferred Investor Allocation Form
This form will be used for “projected” allocation amounts and does not guarantee your requested subscription amount will be available for every investment.
Each investment will have it’s own Term Sheet, followed by an Investment Memorandum which will constitute the offering to buy.
Please include the Legal Entity with which you will place your investment – this information will be used to generate your electronic subscription agreement. This may be changed at any time, and if you invest through multiple entities, you may split the investment across those entities when you receive your allocation.
